Ek insaan ko heart ke bare mein kuch jaroori knowledge honi chahiye jisse woh apni heart health ko samajh sake aur uska dhyan rakhe. Yeh kuch mukhya gyaan shamil kar sakte hain:

1.) Heart Functionality:

  • Samajhna zaroori hai ki dil kis tarah se kaam karta hai, jaise ki kaise blood pump hota hai aur body ko oxygen aur nutrients pahunchata hai.

2.) Common Heart Conditions:

  • Aam dil se jude bimariyon ke bare mein jankari honi chahiye, jaise ki heart attack, heart failure, angina, arrhythmias, aur congenital heart defects.
